BUILD / STARTER SYSTEM Founding release / V0

Stop prompting your way through product development. Build with a system.

A practical operating system for turning an AI-assisted idea into a bounded, shippable product.

FOUNDING PRICE€69 · ONE TIME

Checkout is not live yet. Provider onboarding and legal review must pass before the €69 founding release can accept payment. The product page and workspace are ready; no purchase is collected in the current release.

No fake scarcity and no income guarantee. The free Blueprint remains directly available; launch updates require separate optional consent.

00The problem

AI can generate a product faster than you can decide what the product should be.

Disconnected prompts produce disconnected decisions. Starter gives one project a durable definition, boundary, architecture, ship plan and evidence loop.

01

Prompt drift

Context disappears between chats, agents and implementation sessions.

02

Feature sprawl

Without a written boundary, every plausible idea becomes version one.

03

No learning loop

Shipping without distribution and measurement creates output, not evidence.

WITHOUT A SYSTEM

idea → prompt → code → feature → feature → rewrite → new project

WITH BUILD

problem → boundary → architecture → brief → core → ship → measure → iterate

01The curriculum

Ten assets. One coherent build loop.

Each asset saves time or improves a real product decision—no filler lessons built to inflate the runtime.

01

Product Definition

Define the problem, audience and job to be done before choosing features.

  • Problem evidence
  • Specific audience
  • Job to be done
  • Useful outcome

OUTPUTA one-page problem, audience, evidence and outcome definition.

02

Product Boundary

Make version one small enough to ship and coherent enough to matter.

  • MVP
  • Later
  • Never
  • Boundary review

OUTPUTA Now / Later / Never decision matrix.

03

Core Loop

Define the shortest repeatable path from entry to a useful result.

  • Entry condition
  • Core action
  • Useful result
  • Reason to return

OUTPUTA four-step product loop with one return trigger.

04

Architecture Map

Make system boundaries, data ownership and external dependencies visible.

  • Public and private
  • Durable state
  • Trust boundaries
  • Failure modes

OUTPUTA public/private/data/provider boundary map with failure behavior.

05

AI Agent Brief

Give coding agents one reusable specification with explicit constraints.

  • Goal and scope
  • Context
  • Forbidden changes
  • Verification

OUTPUTA copy-ready implementation brief for coding agents.

06

Definition of Done

Turn feature completion into an observable, reviewable standard.

  • Behavior
  • Accessibility
  • Failure states
  • Proof

OUTPUTA release-ready behavior, accessibility, security and proof checklist.

07

Ship System

Move from local completion to a verified production release.

  • Pre-production
  • Migration
  • Deployment
  • Production checks

OUTPUTA preflight, deploy, production-proof and rollback sequence.

08

Distribution Map

Define how relevant users discover the product before adding more features.

  • Audience
  • Channels
  • Teaching assets
  • Next action

OUTPUTAn audience-to-channel-to-asset-to-action map.

09

Analytics Map

Measure only the events that change a product or distribution decision.

  • Funnel stages
  • Event authority
  • Attribution
  • Decision thresholds

OUTPUTA privacy-bounded event, metric and decision-threshold contract.

10

Iteration Loop

Translate evidence into one controlled implementation cycle.

  • Evidence
  • Decision
  • Implementation
  • Review

OUTPUTA dated evidence → decision → smallest change → review loop.

02The output

You don't leave with lessons. You leave with a product system.

FOUNDING RELEASEV0 / BOUNDED

A focused application—not a course platform.

V0 supports one customer, one project and the ten-system workflow. It includes durable progress, editing, an AI Brief copy action, Markdown export and private feedback.

NOW · ONE PROJECTLATER · EVIDENCE-LEDNEVER · FAKE AI CHAT

No teams, comments, version history, certificates, community, subscription or invented AI generation in V0.

04Fit check

Useful for a specific kind of builder.

✓ Starter is for

  • Solo builders turning one idea into a real web product
  • Technical founders using coding agents across many sessions
  • People who want decisions, boundaries and proof before scale

× Starter is not for

  • Anyone looking for a guaranteed business result
  • Teams needing collaboration, permissions or version history
  • People who want AI to invent the product without judgment

05Product FAQ

The useful details, without pressure.

01What is planned for BUILD Starter?

A focused workspace that turns one product idea into ten connected operating artifacts. It is a founding release, not a course, community or promise of business results.

02Which stack does it use?

Examples lean toward modern TypeScript web products, but the product and workflow decisions transfer to other stacks. The goal is better architecture and execution, not loyalty to one vendor.

03How technical is it?

It is written for technically curious builders. Code familiarity helps, but every module starts with the product decision before moving into implementation details.

04Is the Prompt Vault included?

No. The founding release contains the ten-system workspace described on this page. A separate Prompt Vault may be evaluated later and is not part of this offer.

05Does it include private Synapedia code or credentials?

No. It teaches transferable systems and lessons without exposing private access, sensitive infrastructure or proprietary production data.
